begin on 25 February 2009 at 3 p.m. at the Barkston Gardens Hotel (34-44
Barkston Gardens - SW 0EW London) and will close on 1 March 2009 at

The Gatwick Express rail services run direct from Gatwick to Victoria Station. From there take the District Line direction Westbound for 4 stops to Earl’s Court. From the London City Airport, take the Docklands Light Railway, which is an overground system connecting East London to the London Underground network. Stop at Canning Town and take the underground train, Jubilee Line, direction Stanmore, to Westminster. Then take the District Line direction Westbound for 6 stops to Earl’s Court. From Stansted Airport Rail Station, take the Stansted Express train towards Liverpool Street and stop at Tottenham Hale. Then walk to Tottenham Hale Underground Station, take the Victoria Line towards Brixton and stop at Victoria Station. Then take the District Line direction Westbound for 4 stops to Earl’s Court. St. Pancras International. Once there, walk to King's Cross St. Pancras
Underground Station. Take the Victoria Line towards Brixton and stop
at Victoria Station. Then take the District Line direction Westbound
for 4 stops to Earl’s Court.
Dall’aeroporto
metropolitana, in direzione Stanmore, fino a Westminster. Poi prendere
poi il treno First Capital Connect verso Brighton e scendere a St. Pancras
International.
Cross St. Pancras Underground Station. Prendere la Victoria Line verso
Brixton e scendere a Victoria Station. Poi prendere la District Line
in direzione ovest (Westbound)
per 4 fermate fino a Earl’s Court. Local transport in London - Trasporti locali a Londra The main course venue will be the Barkston
Gardens Hotel. However, there will be frequent moves around London to
reach places – in particular cinemas – where important lectures
and meetings with experts are to be hosted. Most of the travelling will
be by underground and participants are therefore advised, on arrival,
to purchase a travel card covering zones 1 and 2. The card is known
as the Oyster Card: we suggest you the “Pay As You Go” system
and to charge a small amount of money. La sede principale
del corso sarà l’Hotel Barkston Gardens. Saranno tuttavia
la modalità ricaricabile (“Pay As You Go”) e caricare
Accommodation
